Did someone say figs? I remember the day I made Fig, Honey and Goat Cheese Flatbread vividly. On Saturdays, I am often experimenting with recipes and Mark is in another room. I will bring him tastes and bites and later will go ask him what he thinks. I made the fig flatbread early in my blogging days and was sure to have my favorite taste-tester try it. Five minutes after bringing it to him, he walks into the kitchen and effervescently complimenting the Fig, Honey and Goat Cheese Flatbread. If you know Mark, effervescent is not how I would typically describe his words. I knew this was a hit!
