#7. Cold-Smoked Salmon Breakfast Sandwich
My Sweetheart LOVES breakfast. He especially loves eggs. Eggs are higher up on the Mediterranean Diet food pyramid. Higher on the pyramid means while eggs are good, on this way of eating, eggs are not limitless. What I love about this Cold-Smoked Salmon Breakfast Sandwich is I only use one egg and Mark is happy. Adding healthy and filling salmon, wheat bread and fresh veggies makes it the perfectly balanced Mediterranean Diet breakfast!
