Why this works?

Egg portion is 1-3 eggs (once in a while). Adding a huge handful of spinach and just a bit of tradtional cheese, feta (made from sheep and goats’ milk) is aligned with the Mediterranean Diet. Serve it with fruit and a piece of whole grain toast with extra virgin olive oil instead of butter and you have a well balanced meal!
